The way to reach us is email. Every message is read by a person.
Reporting a bug
It helps a lot to know:
- your browser and its version, and your device (for example “Safari on iPhone 15” or “Chrome 141 on Windows 11”);
- which page and which style you were using: pencil sketch, line art or coloring page;
- what you expected and what happened instead, including any message shown on the drawing.
Please don’t attach the photo you used, especially if it shows children. We can fix almost every problem without it, and if we can’t, one of our public-domain sample photos usually reproduces it.
Ideas for new styles
Tell us what you are making and what you wish the tool did. A coloring book made from several photos is next on our list; other requests, such as colored pencil, charcoal or watercolor styles, shape what comes after it.
Copyright and privacy
For a copyright complaint, include the work you own, where it appears on drawmyphoto.com and your contact details. For privacy questions, see the privacy policy first; it explains why your photos never reach us.
